水泥回转窑用C型系列耐火砖的开发应用(上)

Technical Progress of Cement Rotary Kiln and Development and Application of C Series Refractory Bricks(Ⅰ)

叙述了水泥窑耐火砖标准的发展过程,分析了VDZ B、ISOπ/3型系列砖特点及C型系列砖的创新点,介绍了各种系列砖主要技术数据及配比,预测了耐火砖的发展趋势。C型系列砖在工业试验的近40条窑上已使用耐火砖约8 000t,按吨熟料约0.6kg耐火砖估算,相当于生产水泥熟料约1 250万吨。C型系列耐火砖砖型标准满足了我国预分解窑的技术进展,且优于现有的国际标准,加快了我国水泥生产技术由大转强的进程。

The development process of cement kiln refractory brick standard was described,the VDZB,ISOπ/3 series brick features and C series of innovations was analyzed,the main technical data and the ratio of various series of brick was introduced,and the development trend of the refractory brick was forecasted.C series brick on the industrial test of nearly 40 kilns has been used of 8 000 t bricks,according to unit ton of clinker is about 0.6 kg brick to estimate,it is equivalent to about 12.5 million tons of cement clinker production.C series refractory brick type standard can meet the technical progress of precalcining kiln in China,and is superior to the existing international standards,which speeds up the process of Chinese cement production technology from big to strong.
