摘要
可逆向车削是一种新颖的加工方法,其特点是车削过程中,利用切削刃的对称性,使得刀具能够正、逆向实现进给运动,以缩短工艺路线、减少刀具数量和辅助时间。文中分别在正向、逆向进给条件下,从力学角度来分析细长轴车削加工弯曲变形而产生的加工误差大小,建立了力学模型,并结合实例进行了计算分析与实验验证。研究结果表明,该模型较为合理,可用于指导细长轴加工的工艺设计。
Reversible turning is a new approach proposed to shorten processing route,decrease tool number and han dling time,in which the same cutting tool is used with two opposed symmetry edges for cutting not only during advance stroke,but also during return stroke.Under the condition of advance stroke and return stroke,the machining error size caused by bend deformation in turning slender shaft are analyzed as viewed from the mechanics.Mechanical model are also estab lished.The machining error of a example on the basis of the model are calculated and experiments for the model validation are included.The study indicates that the mechanical model are logical can be used for the process design of turning slen der shaft.
