摘要
采用乙醚提取、三氟化硼 甲醇衍生、气相色谱(GC)法分析,对几种榛子油中脂肪酸组成进行比较分析,共鉴别出6种组分,不饱和脂肪酸含量高于饱和脂肪酸含量,不同榛子油中脂肪酸含量略有不同.
A comparative study of the components of delspray in the oil of hazel is made with diethyl ether for extraction, BF3 for derivation and gaschromatography. Six kinds of components are differentiated. The result shows the content of unsaturated fatty acid is higher than saturated fatty acid and the content of delspray in the oil of different hazel is different.
