摘要
简要介绍了国家重点基础研究发展规划项目“高效节能的关键科学问题”2000年立项以来前2年的研究工作进展以及下一步研究工作规划。特别对与热力学相关的课题作了介绍。
In this paper, the author briefly introduces the research development and prospect of a Major State Basic Research & Development Program (973 Program) named 'The Key Scientific Problems in High Efficiency Energy Conservation'. Specially, the sub-projects related to thermodynamics are expounded in details.
