摘要
大庆油田大然气处理装置中的蒸汽系统存在蒸汽“跑直肠”和就地放空现象,造成系统热效率低、凝结水回收率低。对南压浅冷装置蒸汽系统运行现状和存在问题进行分析,应用蒸汽系统用能优化技术从蒸汽的利用和凝结水回收环节进行了综合改造,节能效果显著,为大庆油田其他装置蒸汽系统改造提供了示范。
There were cases of running straight and letting out locally in steam system in our company. This resulted in low thermal efficiency and low condensate water recycling efficiency. This text analyzes the status quo and problems in steam system in NAN YA device. Steam utilizing and condensate water recycling section are transformed using optimizing technology steam energy system. The result of saving energy is noticeable. It leads the way to the steam system transformation on other device.
