研究了富硒酵母的培养方法,对富硒量进行了分析测定,并将其应用于面包制作,获得了一种新型的营养保健面包。
This paper offered a method to get organic selenium by cultivating selenium-enriched yeast. The content of selenium in yeast and bread are determined. A sort of new nutritional bread is produced by using selenium-enriched yeast.
