摘要
研究了流动注射在线分离富集原子吸收光谱法测定痕量铂的方法。以自制的GDX501 TBP萃取树脂为微型分离柱,在优化后的分离富集条件下,进样时间为60s,洗脱时间为45s。在线分离测定时间为3min,方法检出限为0.25μg/L,线性范围10~600μg/L,加标回收率为97.8%~103 6%,相对标准偏差3.49%~4.25%。方法已用于矿物管理样中铂的测定。
A system of flow injection online extraction chromatographic separation and determination of trace platinum by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was studied. The microcolumn was packed with GDX501TBP extraction resin as separation column. In the 60 s sampling and the 45 s of elution, platinum ions were absorbed and eluted. The online separation time was only 3 min. The calibration curve was linear for Pt in the range of 10~600 μg/L with a detection limit of 0.25 μg/L, recoveries of 97.8%~1036%, and precision of 3.49%~4.25% RSD. It was applied to the determination of platinum in mineral samples.
