微乳液中铅与新显色剂meso-四(2,5-二氟苯基)卟啉的显色反应的研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了不同配比的微乳液体系对Pb(Ⅱ)与新显色剂meso 四(2,5 二氟苯基)卟啉(T(2,5 DFP)P)的显色反应的增敏效应,发现在邻菲罗啉、pH9.6的硼砂 氢氧化钠缓冲液与氟化钠的掩蔽体系中,微乳液的配比为Tween 80∶正丁醇∶正庚烷∶水=10∶8∶2∶980时,存在灵敏的显色反应,ε465=2.70×105L·mol-1·cm-1,较对应的胶束体系增敏60%。 Sensitizing effect of different microemulsions on the chromogenic reaction between Pb(Ⅱ) and a new synthesized reagent mesotetrakis(2,5difluorinephenyl)porphyrin(T(2,5DFP)P) was studied. The sensitive chromogenic reaction occurs in the presence of ophenanthrolince in the buffer solution of boraxsodium hydrate at pH 9.6, in which masking agent of sodium fluoride was used. When the composition of microemulsion was Tween80∶nbutanol∶nheptane∶water=10∶8∶2∶980, ε465 was found to be 2.70×105 L·mol-1·cm-1, and the sensitization effect increased by 60% compared with corresponding colloidal solution. This method was successfully applied in the determination of real samples.
