摘要
研究了不同配比的微乳液体系对Pb(Ⅱ)与新显色剂meso 四(2,5 二氟苯基)卟啉(T(2,5 DFP)P)的显色反应的增敏效应,发现在邻菲罗啉、pH9.6的硼砂 氢氧化钠缓冲液与氟化钠的掩蔽体系中,微乳液的配比为Tween 80∶正丁醇∶正庚烷∶水=10∶8∶2∶980时,存在灵敏的显色反应,ε465=2.70×105L·mol-1·cm-1,较对应的胶束体系增敏60%。
Sensitizing effect of different microemulsions on the chromogenic reaction between Pb(Ⅱ) and a new synthesized reagent mesotetrakis(2,5difluorinephenyl)porphyrin(T(2,5DFP)P) was studied. The sensitive chromogenic reaction occurs in the presence of ophenanthrolince in the buffer solution of boraxsodium hydrate at pH 9.6, in which masking agent of sodium fluoride was used. When the composition of microemulsion was Tween80∶nbutanol∶nheptane∶water=10∶8∶2∶980, ε465 was found to be 2.70×105 L·mol-1·cm-1, and the sensitization effect increased by 60% compared with corresponding colloidal solution. This method was successfully applied in the determination of real samples.
