摘要 为改善上部烟叶的品质,进行了烤烟下部叶4个采收时期对上部烟叶生理生化变化及烤后质量的影响试验。结果表明:下部叶不同采收时期对烤烟上部烟叶的转化酶、多酚氧化酶以及抗坏血酸氧化酶的活性均有一定影响,且打顶后10d采收处理的烟株其上部烟叶烤后质量最好。 In order to improve the quality of upper leaves, the influences of harvesting time of lower leaves on the physiological and biochemical changes and quality of upper leaves were studied. The results showed that the harvesting time of lower leaves affected the activity of INV, PPO and ascorbic acid oxidase of fluecured upper leaves, and the smoking and appearance quality of upper leaves were the best when lower leaves were harvested at the time of 10 days after topping.
