摘要
研究了退火处理对速凝薄片微观组织结构的影响。大部分薄片在贴辊面处有一层细晶粒区 ,晶粒尺寸在 1μm之下 ,它的存在会破坏磁体取向。采用等温退火处理手段试图消除这层细晶粒区 ,结果发现 ,当退火温度提高到 90 0℃时 ,细晶粒区仍然不能消除 ,并且由于高温长时间退火 ,导致边界富钕相团聚 ,主相晶粒长大 。
The effects of annealing treatment on the microstructure of the strip casting flakes were investigated. Near the roller surface side, fine grain layer exists in most of flakes, and the size of grain is smaller than 1 μm. The appearance of this layer may destroy the orientation of magnets. Annealing treatment was used to try to eliminate this layer. The results show that when the temperature is increased to 900 ℃, the fine grain layer still exists. In other side, because of annealing with high temperature and long time, the Nd rich phase tends to aggregate and the main phase grows larger. So the microstructure of flake becomes bad.
