摘要
制备了以纳米Fe3O4微粒为基体材料、2-甲基硅油为载液的硅油基铁氧体磁流体。在Fe3O4微粒粒径一定的条件下,研究了磁流体中各组分含量的变化对磁性能和稳定性的影响,采用正交实验优化了制备工艺条件。用振动样品磁强计(VSM)对磁流体的磁性能进行了测试。结果表明:当载液量一定时,磁流体各组分含量对其磁性能和稳定性影响大小的主次排序依次为过渡液、Fe3O4微粒、阴离子表面活性剂。
A siliconoilbased magnetic fluid in oxyiron is prepared by using nanometer Fe3O4 particulates as basic substance and 2-methyl silicon oil as mediate fluid. The experiments are carried out to investigate the influence of different component proportions on the capability and stability of magnetic fluid. The results indicate that when the amount of mediate fluid is certain, the different components of magnetic fluid influence its property and stability differently, and the order from the strong to the weak is as follows: transitional fluid, Fe3O4 particulates, anion external active agent.
