摘要
添加A、B、C、D四种助熔剂及它们的复合物来降低高灰熔性淮南煤灰熔点的研究表明,添加助熔剂可以降低高灰熔性淮南煤灰熔点,且其降低程度随助熔剂种类及用量的不同变化很大,其中0.5%A和1.0%B的复合助熔剂对50%淮南洗精煤和50%义马煤的配合煤中,助熔剂效果最好,能使配合煤灰熔点降到1350℃左右。
In the study of adding four fluxes of A, B, C, D and their mixture to lower ash fusion temperature of high fusibility Huainan coal, the result indicates that the ash fusion temperature of Huainan coal can be lowered remarkably by adding fluxes. And the degree varies greatly from the kind and amount of the added flux. In terms of efficiency, the mixed flux of 0.5% A and 1.0% B is the greatest to the blending coal of 50% Huainan coal and 50% Yima coal, which can lower the ash fusion temperature of the blending coal to 1350℃ approximately.
