摘要
使用Sola -Vof法计算铸件三维充型过程。确定不同时刻各单元的体积函数值与自由表面方向 ,推出各单元在不同时刻的有效散热面积。综合考虑铸件充型过程所伴随的热传导、对流、辐射等现象 ,得到铸件充型结束时的温度场分布 。
The Sola-Vof method is used to simulate the filling process of practical shaped castings. The volume function of filled units and the free surface directions are calculated in different simulation cycles. Then the effective heat spread areas of different units can be determined. Taking various heat transfer actions, such as radiation, convection and conduction, into account, the temperature field is got at the end of filling process. According to the simulation results, we can select the proper pouring temperature of castings.
