石墨烯及其衍生物毒性研究现状

Present status in study on toxicity of graphene and its derivatives

石墨烯是一种二维碳纳米材料。由于石墨烯的研发、生产和广泛应用,人体接触与暴露石墨烯机会增多,使石墨烯的生物毒性效应和安全性的研究逐渐成为当前热点问题。本文就近年来关于石墨烯在生物体内转运及分布、石墨烯及其衍生物的毒性、影响毒性的因素和毒性机制做一概述。

Graphene is a two-dimensional carbon nanomaterial.Owing to the research and development,production and extensive application,human exposure to graphene increased significantly,and the research on biotoxic effects and safety of graphene has gradually become a new hot issue.This paper will make a general summary on the transport and distribution of graphene in living organisms,the toxicity of graphene and its derivatives,the toxicity mechanism and the influencing factors on the toxicity.
