This paper represents the Binary Boolean Algebra and its isomorphic relation to the Boolean Algebra of the power et P(X)of the X,by means of which to solve the enumeration problems on subset's intersection and union and to deal with the problems on the interlace K-subset's enumera-tion problems and interlace R-subset's enumeration theorem.
