Nursing Realized to Cervical Round Ligation to Manage Central Placenta Previa

目的:为了提高宫颈环扎术治疗中央性前置胎盘的效果,降低围产儿死亡率,并揭示临床护理工作在医疗工作中的自身独特优势。方法:采用心理护理观察,药物、手术治疗护理观察,技术操作处置护理等等。结果:临床护理观察在医疗工作中起重要作用,配合治疗本案21例,平均保胎34.9天,出生婴儿均成活。

To increase the therapeutic effect of cervical young ligation in central placenta previa,decrease perinatal mortality and infer the dominance of clinical nursing in medical,we use management of psychological nursing and observing,drug and nursing of operative treatment and so on.Clinical nursing is important in medical work.21cases were included in the paper,and the averaged days is34.9of keeping fetus alive intrauterus and the born infants were all alive.
