摘要
在生产现场,由于受生产计划的限制,往往要求故障诊断人员能准确、简便和高效地诊断出液压设备的故障。但由于液压设备故障的根源有许多种可能性,这给液压系统的故障诊断带来了一定的困难。针对这种情况,本文提出了液压系统故障诊断的系统分析法和参数测量法,并分析了系统分析法和参数测量法在液压设备故障诊断中的应用。
Being confined to the request of the production plan, the hydraulic system failures diagnosis technicians are required to diagnose the failures of the hydraulic devices in an accurate, simple and efficient way on the spot without stalling the system. But it is not easy to diagnose the devices failures, for the probable causes of the hydraulic devices failures usually involve many aspects. In this paper the system analyzing method and the parameters measuring method to solve the problem are suggested, as well as the examples of their application.
