摘要
本文阐述了金华大世界人在商业零售业经营普遍不景气的情况下,坚持“以人为本,外塑形象,内强管理”的企业营销理念,把传统的文化与企业的经营管理结合起来,创建独具特色的“大世界文化”,在激烈的商战中独占鳌头,一举成了金华商界的“巨人”,创新了商业零售业的竞争方式。
This article expounds that under the circumstance of the operating depression of the retail en-terprises,people in the Great World Department Store of Jinhua adhere to the marketing ideology of″regarding humans as the starting point,molding a good external image,tightening up the inter-nal management″,combine the traditional culture with the management and administration of the enterprise,set up the unique″the Great World Culture″with distinctive features.In the fierce commercial competition,the Great World Department is the champion and has become a giant in Jinhua commercial area.Besides,it has renovated the competitive mode of the retail enterprises.
