摘要
针对影响猪肉品质的营养因素,提出控制营养水平、科学配合日粮、正确使用添加剂等改善猪肉品质的营养措施。
According to the nutritive factors which affects the pork quality,this paper points out some nutrition ways to improve the pork quality,such as how to control nutrition level,to make up daily food scientificly,to use additive correctly.
