摘要
本文使用氯化锡作为丁酸和戊醇的酯化催化剂。通过L9(34 )正交实验探讨了回流时间、反应温度、催化剂与酸物质的量比、酸与醇物质的量比等因素对产品丁酸戊酯产率的影响。当n(催化剂 ) :n(酸 ) =1:15 0 ,n(酸 ) :n(醇 ) =1:1.4,在 15 5~ 16 0℃下回流搅拌反应 2 .0h ,不使用任何带水剂时 ,产品丁酸戊酯的产率为 83.4%。
In this article, the authors uses Tin Chloride as the catalyst of esterificaction of butyrate acid and n-amyl alcohol. In the experiment, the authors explore the influence of the factors such as refluxing time, reaction temperature, the ratio of the catalyst to the acid, the ratio of butyrate acid and n-amyl alcohol, on the rate of yield of amyl butyrate. When the ratio of the catalyst to butyrate acid is 1:150, the ratio of butyrate acid to n-amyl alcohol is 1:1.4, made the reaction by stirring and refluxing for 2.0 hours, the reacting temperature is 155~160℃, if not use any taking water reagent, the yield of amyl butyrate is up to 83.4%.
