摘要
注重培养职高学生的创造能力是时代发展的需要 ,也是人的全面发展的要求。斯坦伯格提出创造能力的六因素说 ,发展了吉尔福特关于创造能力的核心是发散性思维的学说 ,为开发学生创造能力提供了理论依据。笔者结合专业技能课教学的实际 ,提出了改善师生关系、改进教学组织形式、实施启发教学、鼓励发散性思维、增加实践比重。
According to his own experience in teaching specialized skill courses, the author put forward some effective methods to promote teacher-student relationship, to improve forms of organizing classroom-teaching, to carry on elicitation method of teaching, to encourage a wide diversity of opinions, enhance students' skills and cultivate students' creative abilities, and so on.
