略论职业高中专业技能课教学与学生创造能力的培养

On Teaching Specialized Skill Courses and Training Students' Innovative Abilities in Senior Vocational Middle School

注重培养职高学生的创造能力是时代发展的需要 ,也是人的全面发展的要求。斯坦伯格提出创造能力的六因素说 ,发展了吉尔福特关于创造能力的核心是发散性思维的学说 ,为开发学生创造能力提供了理论依据。笔者结合专业技能课教学的实际 ,提出了改善师生关系、改进教学组织形式、实施启发教学、鼓励发散性思维、增加实践比重。

According to his own experience in teaching specialized skill courses, the author put forward some effective methods to promote teacher-student relationship, to improve forms of organizing classroom-teaching, to carry on elicitation method of teaching, to encourage a wide diversity of opinions, enhance students' skills and cultivate students' creative abilities, and so on.
