红茶预防及调控阿尔茨海默病作用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是一种常见的中老年神经退行性疾病,它会引起人记忆、认知及行为障碍。近年来,对阿尔茨海默病的发病机制及药物研究已引起全世界人们的高度重视,并取得了一定进展。但是到目前为止,还没有研制出任何一种有效的针对性治疗药物。综合目前的研究结果,一般认为淀粉样蛋白病变对大脑产生的毒性是AD发生的主要病因。本文对红茶中的主要功效成分以及近年来对该成分的研究进行概括,分析了红茶中功能性成分对阿尔茨海默病潜在的调控作用。并且从体内和体外两方面,对红茶中有效成分作用于AD机制的研究进展进行了综述。研究表明,红茶对阿尔茨海默病有潜在的预防及调控作用,其活性成分茶黄素可能起到重要作用。 Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a common complex human neurodegenerative disease that results in the patients’ memory, cognition and behavior disorders. In recent years, the studies of the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease and drugs have caused a worldwide attention, and have made some progress. But so far, it has not yet developed any kinds of effective therapeutic drugs. Comprehensive study results showed that the toxicity of pathological changes of amyloid peptide to the brain was responsible for the AD. This paper summarized the primary functional components of black tea and recent studies on the compositions. Besides, the potential regulatory effects of black tea extracts or the functional ingredients in it on Alzheimer's disease were analyzed. As well, the mechanisms of black tea extracts or some certain elements was reported for the prevention and regulation of AD bothin vivo andin vitro. It was considered that black tea had the potential to protect against AD, and its theaflavins might be the most important component.
