摘要
目的为验证本公司生产的黄曲霉毒素M1酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测试剂盒的检测效果。方法用ELISA检测试剂盒对牛奶、酸奶、奶粉和干酪等4种样品中黄曲霉毒素M<sub>1</sub>的残留量进行检测,并与高效液相色谱荧光检测法进行对照。结果该试剂盒对4种样品的最低检测限分别为0.039、0.192、0.306、0.199μg/kg(L),试剂盒板内板间变异系数均小于5%;对4种样品做加标回收试验,其回收率均在93%<sup>1</sup>20%之间,变异系数均小于10%;该方法与高效液相色谱法检测实际样品的阴、阳性判断结果一致。结论该方法稳定、可靠、灵敏,可满足食品中黄曲霉毒素M<sub>1</sub>残留快速检测的需要。
Objective To verify the test effect of aflatoxin M_1 en2yme-linked immune sorbent assay(ELISA) detection kit developed by Beijing Kwinbon biotechnology company.Methods The method of ELISA was used to detect the residues of aflatoxin M_1 in milk,yoghurt,milk powder and cheese,and compared with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results The results showed that the minimum detection limitation of the kit for the 4 kinds of samples were 0.039,0.192,0.306,and 0.199 μg/kg(L),the coefficient of variation was less than 5%.The recovery of the method was in the range of 93%~120%,and the coefficient of variation was less than 10%.The judgments of positive and negative by ELISA were the same as those of HPLC.Conclusion This method was efficient,reliable and sensitive,and could meet the fast-test for the determination of aflatoxin M_1 residues in food.
