Establishment of traceability and supervision system for import and export products and its application on import food supervision

目的研究进出口追溯监管系统在进口食品监管中的应用。方法本次建设"进出口产品追溯监管系统"的实例,对业务管理平台和手机客户端软件进行了设计开发,同时为不同产品使用了不同的追溯防伪标签。结果该系统可收集产品从生产、进出口、仓储到物流、销售的全过程信息,可以帮助进口食品快速通关,对其进行有效地防伪和追溯,并可直接记录产品生产日期。结论该系统可促进进口食品监管模式的创新,形成可供工作参考的大数据,成为联结检验检疫部门、企业和消费者的一条纽带。

Objective To investigate the application of traceability and supervision system for import and export products on import food supervision. Methods An example of the 'traceability and supervision system for import and export products' was established, which contained the design and development of platform for business supervision and mobile phone application, and applied different traceability and anti-fake labels according to products. Results The system could collect information of produce, import-export, preservation, distribution, and sales. Import food could finish inspection and quarantine quickly, as well as anti-fake and be traced effectively using the system. Besides, produce date of the products could also be recorded automatically by the system. Conclusion The system will promote the innovation of supervision mode for import foods, provide useful big data, and make a closer relationship between bureau, enterprise and consumer.
