摘要
目的研究在不同食品模拟溶液下PVC中塑化剂的迁移规律。方法运用同位素内标稀释结合气相色谱质谱方法检测PVC中的塑化剂邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP)和己二酸二辛酯(DEHA)。以3%乙酸、10%、20%、50%、95%乙醇作为食品模拟溶液,在25℃及40℃条件下对PVC中四种塑化剂的迁移情况进行研究。结果食品模拟溶液、温度对塑化剂迁移有影响;以Fick第二扩散定律为依据,建立了PVC中塑化剂的迁移规律数学模型,得到了模型的重要参数。结论建立的模型可以提供有效的食品安全性评价。
Objective To study the migration rule of plasticizers from food contact material PVC under different food stimulants. Methods The content of plasticizer dilsobutyl phthalate(DIBP), dibutyl phthalate(DBP), di 2 ethyl hexyl phthalate(DEHP), and dioctyl adipate(DEHA) from PVC were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry coupled with the isotope internal standard dilution. Migration behavior of plasticizer DIBP, DBP, DEHP, and DEHA intofood stimulants of 3% acetic acid and 10%, 20%, 50%, 95% ethanol was studied at 25 ℃ and 40 ℃. Results The food stimulants and temperature were proved to have effects on the migration of plasticizers. The mathematical models of four plasticizers' migration which based by Fick's 2nd law was established and the models' important parameters were also achieved. Conclusion The established models can effectively provide the food safety assessment.
