摘要
目的建立聚缬氨酸修饰电极法测定食品中2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚含量的分析方法。方法对循环伏安法制备聚缬氨酸修饰电极的聚合条件进行了优化,并研究了2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚在此电极上的电化学行为。从测定pH、电位、扫描速率等方面,对聚缬氨酸修饰电极法测定饼干中2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚含量时的条件进行了优化。结果在pH=4.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚的氧化峰电流与其浓度在2.0×10^(-7)~4.0×10^(-5)mol/L范围线性关系良好,线性方程:ipa=1.27×10^(-7)+0.23c,相关系数r为0.9962,检出限为4.0×10^(-8) mol/L。结论本方法简单、快速、灵敏,适用于测定食品中2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚的含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of butylated hydroxytoluene in food by poly(valine) modified electrode. Methods The polymerization conditions of poly(valine) modified electrode prepared by cyclic voltammetry were optimized, and the electrochemical behavior of butylated hydroxytoluene on this electrode was studied. The conditions for determination of butylated hydroxytoluene content in biscuits by poly(valine) modified electrode method were optimized from the aspects of pH, potential and scanning rate. Results In the pH 4.0 phosphate buffer solution, the oxidation peak current and concentration of butylated hydroxytoluene had a good linear relationship in the range of 2.0×10-7-4.0×10-5 mol/L. The linear equation was ipa=1.27×10-7+0.23 c, the correlation coefficient(r) was 0.9962, and the limit of detection was 4.0×10-8 mol/L. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and sensitive, which is suitable for the determination of butylated hydroxytoluene content in food.
