摘要
目的对我国婴幼儿配方乳粉产品的营养素进行统计分析,为相关营养和产品研究提供参考。方法选取获注册的1195个婴幼儿配方乳粉产品,分析其营养素分布情况。结果我国婴幼儿配方乳粉的能量集中在2000~2100 kJ/100 g, 1段配方蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物含量集中在10.5~12.0 g/100 g、23.7~28.1 g/100 g和50.8~58.0g/100g,供能比近似1:4.5:4.5;2、3段配方蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物含量基本集中在13.8~19.2 g/100 g、16.9~25.6 g/100 g和48.7~58.6 g/100 g,供能比近似1:2.9:3.1;同适用年龄段配方的维生素和矿物质指标差异比较大, 2、3段配方的维生素和矿物质差异比较接近;超过80%的配方会选择5~11种营养强化成分。结论婴幼儿配方乳粉产品的营养素分布差异性较大,考虑产品推荐摄入量的差异,婴幼儿摄入的营养素具有较大差异,可跟踪评价这种差异对婴幼儿生长发育的影响。
Objective To analyze the nutrients of infant and follow-up formula in China, and provide references for related nutrition and product research. Methods A total of 1195 registered infant and follow-up formula were selected and their nutrients distributions were analyzed. Results The energy range of infant and follow-up formula in China was about 2000-2100 kJ/100 g. The protein, fat and carbohydrate contents ranges for 0-6 months infants were about 10.5-12.0 g/100 g, 23.7-28.1 g/100 g and 50.8-58.0 g/100 g, with the energy ratio approximating 1:4.5:4.5. The protein, fat and carbohydrate content ranges for 6-36 months infants were basically about 13.8-19.2 g/100 g, 16.9-25.6 g/100 g and 48.7-58.6 g/100 g, with energy ratio approximating 1:2.9:3.1. Vitamins and minerals content of formulas for applicable age group were quite different. Vitamins and minerals content of formulas for 6-36 months infants were similar. More than 80% of the formulas chose 5-11 kinds of nutrient ingredients. Conclusion The distribution of nutrients in infant and follow-up formula is quite different. Considering the difference of recommended intake of products, the nutrient intake of infants may be quite different. So the influence of this difference on infant growth and development can be tracked and evaluated.
