悬浮芯片技术在食品安全检测方面应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 食品安全是重要的民生问题,如何保障食品安全,守护"舌尖上的中国"一直是国家和人民关注的焦点问题。悬浮芯片技术是唯一被美国食品药品管理局(Food and Drug Administration, FDA)批准的生物芯片技术,具有准确、灵敏、高通量等优点,可以满足食品安全部门监管,食品行业自检需求,被越来越多的研究者应用于食品安全方面的检测。因此了解该技术的发展及应用对研究者有重要意义。本文主要对悬浮芯片技术的原理及组成、在食品安全检测中的应用进行了概述,阐述了近5年该技术在检测食源性微生物、农兽药残留、转基因食品和过敏原方面的应用,并对悬浮芯片技术进一步发展方向进行展望。 Food safety is an important problem of people’s livelihood. How to protect food safety and protect 'A Bite of China' has always been the focus of attention of the country and the people. Suspension chip technology is the only biochip technology approved by the US Food and Drug Administration(FDA). It has the advantages of accuracy, sensitivity and high throughput. It can meet the supervision of food safety departments and the self-test requirements of the food industry. An increasing number of researchers used that for detection in food safety.Therefore, understanding the development and application of this technology is of great significance to researchers.This paper mainly summarized the principle and composition of suspension chip technology in food safety testing,and described the application of this technology in detecting foodborne microorganisms, agricultural and veterinary drug residues, genetically modified foods and allergens in the past 5 years, then looked forward to the further development of the suspension chip technology.
