摘要
目的对竹叶石膏汤中人参药材进行鉴别并测定其含量。方法通过薄层色谱法对竹叶石膏汤中人参药味进行定性鉴别,通过高效液相色谱法对竹叶石膏汤中人参含量进行测定。结果在所建立的薄层方法中,竹叶石膏汤供试品与人参单煎、人参药材、人参对照药材及人参皂苷标品相同位置呈现相同斑点,证明复方中人参药材的存在。建立了竹叶石膏汤中人参含量测定的高效液相色谱方法,其方法学考察结果良好。测得人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rg_1、人参皂苷Rb_1含量分别为0.25、0.21、0.22mg/g。结论建立的竹叶石膏汤中人参药材鉴别及含量测定方法的专属性、重现性良好,操作方便快捷,可用于竹叶石膏汤的质量控制。
Objective To identify and determine the content of ginseng in bamboo leaf gypsum soup.Methods The taste of ginseng in bamboo leaf gypsum soup was qualitatively identified by thin layer chromatography,and the content of ginseng in bamboo leaf gypsum soup was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results The samples of bamboo leaf gypsum soup showed the same spots as those of ginseng single decoction,ginseng medicinal materials,ginseng control medicinal materials and ginsenoside standard products by thin layer chromatography,which proved the existence of ginseng medicinal materials in compound prescription.A method for the determination of the content of ginseng in bamboo leaf gypsum soup by high performance liquid chromatography was established,and the result of methodology investigation was good.The content of ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 were 0.25,0.21 and 0.22 mg/g,respectively.Conclusion The established method for identification and determination of ginseng in bamboo leaf gypsum soup has good specificity and reproducibility,with convenient and quick operation,which can be used for quality control of bamboo leaf gypsum soup.
