琼州海峡客滚运输轮渡竞合策略研究

文中为解决琼州海峡客滚运输中广东与海南双方因运力不对等而产生的恶意竞争导致整个琼州海峡客滚运输的服务水平低下的问题。通过该问题提出不同的竞合策略进行博弈分析。得出结论:双方实行战略联盟策略与双方均实行竞争策略相比较,双方战略联盟不仅可以提高双方的收益,还会提高整个客滚运输的市场占有率。

To solve the problem which the low service level of passenger in roll transportation for malicious competition caused by unequal capacity between Guangdong and Hainan in Qiongzhou Strait. By using the strategic analysis of this issue,put forward the strategy of the two sides to implement a strategic alliance,compared to both sides to implement a competitive strategy,not only can improve the two sides of the proceeds,but also improve the overall passenger transport market share.
