Research on the Economic Model of Sharing in the Field of Transportation

共享经济在我国城市交通领域得到了广泛地应用和普及。文中对车辆共享的多种模式给予总结,分类为传统出租车、网络约车和分时租赁模式,并根据商业模式和典型企业代表进一步细分,指出新型车辆共享模式对出行者、合作者和投资者的价值体现。对车辆共享在我国发展过程中的问题给予梳理,并提出由企业治理为主,结合行业协会、消费者和政府立法与执法相结合的综合治理建议。

China's shared economy has been widely used and popularized in urban transport. This paper summarizes the various models of vehicle sharing,classified as traditional taxi,network bus and time-sharing rental model,and further subdivides them according to the business model and typical business representatives,pointing out the value of the new vehicle sharing model for travelers,partners and investors. The paper analyzes the problems in the process of vehicle sharing in China and puts forward a comprehensive management suggestion based on corporate governance,combining industry associations,consumers and government legislation and law enforcement.
