政府工程采购工作是财政支出的重要组成部分,是对经济进行宏观调控的重要手段,是协调经济发展结构的关键因素。政府工程的采购工作与普通的采购工作相比较具有着计划性、公开性、政策性的特点,关系到国家机关以及事业单位的财政资金的有效使用。实行政府工程采购政策是我国社会主义市场经济体制发展的必然选择。在改革开放的大环境下,政府的工程采购工作面临着一定的挑战,影响着经济发展。近几年来,政府工程采购工作不断深化,无论是在制度的建设方面,还是规模方面都取得了一定的成效。

In the reform and opening up the environment,the government's engineering procurement is facing a certain challenge,affecting the economic development. In recent years,the government works procurement work has been deepening,both in the system construction,or scale have achieved some success.
