文中在研究快递职业技能竞赛对人才职业基本素养提升的基础上,研究对快递人才核心技能培养的促进,并针对技能大赛的要求,将竞赛融入课程中,做到以赛促教、以赛促学,为高职院校快递相关专业学生职业能力培养提供参考途径。

Basing on the research of express Vocational skills competition to promote the basic quality,it research the cultivation of core skills of talents and skills. Competition will be integrated in the curriculum,to promote the teaching. It can provide a reference for the higher vocational colleges training students' ability.
