摘要
研究和综合评价徐州市综合低碳物流能力,有利于促进低碳经济的发展。文中研究以低碳物流竞争环境、低碳物流发展潜力和物流低碳水平为子系统,构建评价指标体系,并采用熵权-TOPSIS模型评估徐州市近几年的综合低碳物流能力,利用障碍因素诊断模型诊断出影响徐州市综合低碳物流能力的主要障碍因素,并提出合理的政策建议。
Studying and synthetically evaluating the comprehensive low-carbon logistics capability of Xuzhou is conducive to promoting the development of low-carbon economy. This paper studies the competitive environment of low-carbon logistics,the development potential of low-carbon logistics and the low-carbon level of logistics as subsystems,constructs the evaluation index system,and evaluates the comprehensive low-carbon logistics capacity of Xuzhou City in recent years by using the entropy weight-TOPSIS model,diagnoses the main obstacle factors affecting the comprehensive low-carbon logistics capacity of Xuzhou City by using the diagnostic model of obstacle factors,and puts forward reasonable policy recommendations.
