近年来,随着互联网技术和电子商务市场的迅速发展,带动着物流行业的迅速发展。但物流公司成本节节攀升,企业压力过大,如何优化中小物流企业的成本控制问题已成为关系到企业生存的问题。文中以国内外目前对物流企业成本控制的理论研究为基础,选择了Y物流公司为研究对象,调研分析其目前成本控制现状、存在问题,并借鉴了同行业物流公司成本控制的先进经验,提出成本控制优化的建议。
