摘要
"互联网+物流"正在从技术、设备、商业模式等诸多方面改变传统物流业的运作方式和效率水平,同时也对"互联网+物流"人才提出更多新要求。"互联网+"时代创新型电子商务物流人才培养,亟需改革物流专业现有教学模式,强化专业教学与实践演练相结合,建设兼具教学、实训、实习和实践功能的实训基地,实现产学研用相结合。"互联网+"物流人才培养综合实训实践教学创新,以物流信息技术综合实践为手段,以智能快递柜新型设备为基础的校园物流中心为实训基地,通过电商网站购物下单、仓库拣选、配送、落地配等主要环节的实训操作,使学生在实践中体验电商物流全过程,掌握相关的信息识别,通讯、信息管理和手机应用开发等技术手段,具备电商物流系统设计、分析、技术开发及运营的工作能力,以满足"互联网+"时代高层次应用型物流人才的需求。
'Internet + logistics' is changing the operation mode and efficiency level of the traditional logistics industry from many aspects,such as technology,equipment and business model. At the same time,it also puts forward more new requirements for 'Internet + logistics' talents. In the era of 'Internet + ',it needs to reform the current teaching mode of logistics major,strengthen the combination of professional teaching and practical exercises,build practical training bases with teaching,practical training,internship and practical functions,and realize the combination of production,education,research and application for the training of innovative e-commerce and logistics personnel. The comprehensive training practice and teaching innovation of 'Internet + ' logistics talent,should be built by means of comprehensive logistics information technology practice,take campus logistics center of the new equipment intelligent express ark as the training base. Through the practical operationof main links such as e-commerce sites shopping order,warehouse picking,distribution,the students can experience electric business logistics process in practice,master the relevant technology such as information identification,communication,information management and mobile application development,and the work ability of electricity business logistics system design,analysis,technology development and operation,to meet the logistics demand of high-level talents in ' Internet + ' age.
