摘要 以显齿蛇葡萄叶中含量丰富且易于提取的二氢杨梅素为原料,采用Algar-Flynn-Oyamada(AFO)反应法和有机碱催化氧化法,合成了杨梅素,并从抑制过氧化物生成和清除DPPH·能力两方面,对杨梅素产品和杨梅素对照品进行了体外抗氧化性能对比研究。结果表明:杨梅素产品对过氧化物的生成具有一定的抑制作用,对DPPH·有较好的清除效果,其抗氧化性能总体上与杨梅素对照品相当,没有显著性差异。 Dihydromyricetin is abundant in the leaves of Ampelopsis grossedentata and easily extracted. It used as the semisynthetic source for preparing myricetin by AFO reaction and organic base-catalyzed oxidation reaction.The antioxidative activities of myricetin products and control in vitro on inhibiting superoxide generation and scavenging DPPH· ability were studied. The results showed that myricetin products had a certain inhibition effect on the superoxide generation,and have good scavenging effect on DPPH·. The antioxidant capacity was similar to the control without significant difference.
