摘要
以野生刺玫果的种子为原料,通过对现有超临界CO_2萃取设备进行改进,采用响应面分析法建立了超临界CO_2萃取野生刺玫果籽油得率的二次多项数学模型,验证了模型的有效性。通过Design Expert 8.0软件对试验数据进行响应面分析,从而得到萃取过程最佳工艺:物料粉碎50目,萃取压力28.99 MPa,萃取温度55℃,解析压力8 MPa,CO_2流量34 L/h,萃取2 h,萃取率97.84%。针对在刺玫果籽油应用中出现的问题,提出了萃取后处理方法,并进行了中试放大试验,对萃取工艺进行了优化,为后期工业化生产野生刺玫果籽油提供了参考。
With the wild Rosa davurica Pall seed as raw materials,the existing supercritical carbon dioxide extraction equipment was improved.Response surface methodology was employed to optimize the process parameters of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of the wild Rosa davurica Pall seed oil.The adequacy of the model equation for predicting the optimum response values were verified effectively by the validation.Use the Design Expert 8.0 software to analyze the test data by the response surface analysis,determine the optimum extraction parameter:extraction pressure 28.99 MPa,extraction temperature 55℃,separation pressure 8 MPa,flow rate of CO2 was 34 L/h,and extraction time 2 h.Follow the parameters,the extraction ratio of Rosa davurica Pall seed oil was 97.84%.In view of the problems in the application of Rosa davurica Pall seed oil,proposed treatment method after extraction and carry out Pilot scale experiment research to optimize the process extraction,provided a reference for the later industrialized production of wild Rosa davurica Pall seed oil.
