维生素B_(12)生物合成及检测技术研究进展

维生素B_(12)是一种含钴维生素,自然界中的维生素B_(12)都是由微生物合成的,高等动植物不能制造维生素B_(12),而它又具有重要生物学功能,维生素B_(12)除了常见的预防贫血外,还和人的长寿有一定关系。工业上发酵生产维生素B_(12)的菌株主要是费氏丙酸杆菌(Propionibacterium freudenreichii)、谢氏丙酸杆菌(Propionibacterium shermanii)和脱氮假单胞菌(Pseudomonas denitrificans),乳酸菌具有合成维生素B_(12)能力,为寻找新的发酵菌株提供策略。同时对维生素B_(12)的研究热度提高,其相关检测技术也不断进步。根据维生素B_(12)的生理功能、生物合成,结合实际工作经验,对维生素B_(12)的检测进行论述。

Vitamin B12 is a kind of cobaltous vitamin.The vitamin B12 in nature is synthetic of microorganisms.Higher animals and plants cannot make vitamin B12,and it has important biological function.Such as vitamin B12 has a certain relationship with people’longevity besides the common prevention of anemia.The strains producing vitamin B12 in industrial fermentation were mainly Propionibacterium Freudenreichii,Propionibacterium shermanii and Pseudomonas denitrificans,and lactic acid bacteria(LAB)also has the ability to synthesize the vitamin B12,which provides a new strategy as fermentation strain.At the same time,for vitamin B12 research to improve the heat,its related detection technology was also progressing.The physiological function,biosynthesis of vitamin B12 and practical work experience of vitamin B12 were discussed.
