摘要
确定辣木籽油提取的最佳工艺条件,并进行成分分析。采用石油醚浸提法,以油脂提取率为评价指标,通过单因素和正交试验确定辣木籽油提取的最佳条件,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术分析其化学成分。结果表明,辣木籽油最佳提取工艺为:料液比1︰10 (g/mL)、超声时间40 min、浸提时间45 min。在优化条件下,辣木籽的油脂提取率为33.75%。从辣木籽油中鉴定14种成分,其中油酸含量89.08%,并含有棕榈酸(6.73%)、二十二酸(1.53%)、二十碳烯酸(0.78%)等9种脂肪酸以及β-谷甾醇(0.39%)等成分。该提取工艺操作简单、稳定可行;提取的辣木籽油为高油酸型油脂,具有较高食用和药用价值。
Optimize the extraction technology and analyze composition of Moringa oleifera seed oil.Using the oil extraction rate as index,the optimum extraction condition of Moringa oleifera seed oil was determined by single factor and orthogonal experiments through petroleum ether digestion,and the constituent analysis of Moringa oleifera seed oil was performed by GC-MS.The results showed that the orthogonal experiment results indicated that the optimal extraction process of Moringa oleifera seed oil was as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1︰10(g/mL),ultrasonic time 40 min,extraction time 45 min.Under the optimized condition,the extraction yield was up to 33.75%.A total of 14 compounds were isolated by GC-MS,including 9 fatty acids,of which the oleic oil content was the highest up to 89.08%.Moreover,there were some other fatty acids,such as palmitic acid(6.73%),docosanoic acid(1.53%),eicosenoic acid(0.78%),andβ-sitosterol(0.39%)and so on.It was revealed that ultrasonic assisted petroleum ether extraction of Moringa oleifera seed oil was simple,stable,and feasible.Furthermore,Moringa oleifera seed oil was classified as a high-oleic acid oil species,which suggested that Moringa oleifera seed oil had high edible and medicinal value.
