摘要
玉米胚芽油含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸、维生素E、甾醇、亚麻酸、类胡萝卜素、多酚等多种生物活性物质。玉米胚芽油的提取方法主要有压榨法、溶剂浸出法、水酶法、CO_2超临界萃取法和超声波辅助法。综述玉米胚芽油提取工艺及其研究进展,比较不同提取工艺对玉米胚芽油中脂肪酸及其他生物活性物质的影响,以便为玉米胚芽油提取技术的优化及玉米胚芽油深度开发利用提供指导。
Corn germ oil is a kind of special oils,and it contains rich unsaturated-fatty acid,vitamin E,sterol,carotenoids,polyphenols and other bioactive substances.The main means to extract of maize germ oil are pressing extraction,solvent extraction,aqueous enzymatic extraction,supercritical CO2 extraction,and ultrasonic-assisted extraction.Corn germ oil extraction process and its research progress are reviewed.The effects of different extraction processes on fatty acids and other bioactive substances in corn germ oil are compared,in order to provide guidance of the optimization of corn germ oil extraction technology,and the development and deep utilization of corn germ oil.
