胶原水凝胶有着良好的物理性能和生物性能,其形成的纤维结构与细胞外基质结构相似,因此被广泛应用于生物医学领域。针对水凝胶的制备方法和性质评价,从水凝胶的原料、物理和生物性能入手,着重对胶原及复合胶原水凝胶的制备方法、性质评价方法和应用进行阐述,并对胶原水凝胶以后的发展进行了展望。

Collagen hydrogel had good physical properties and biological properties,and its fiber structure was similar to extracellular matrix.Therefore,it was widely used in biomedical fields.In order to evaluate the preparation methods and properties of hydrogels,the raw materials,physical and biological properties of hydrogels,the preparation methods,properties evaluation methods and applications of hydrogels were emphatically described,and the future development of collagen hydrogels was looking ahead.
