摘要
闽台合作办学是福建省与台湾地台的高校校际间的合作办学形式。食品科学与工程专业的闽台合作办学更好地促进了海峡两岸食品学科和产业文化的交流,对于人才培养、科技创新、产业交流起到了重要作用。研究从闽台合作办学的背景和现状、项目特色和培养目标、联合培养模式、课程体系和师资队伍、存在问题和解决对策这5个方面进行了研究和探索。
The cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan is the form of cooperation between universities and colleges in Fujian province and Taiwan.Food science and engineering of Fujian and Taiwan cooperation in running schools to better promote the industry of food science and cultural exchanges across the Taiwan straits,for talents cultivation,scientific and technological innovation,industrial communication played an important role.From the background and the present situation of Fujian and Taiwan cooperation in running schools,the five aspects of project characteristics and training objectives,co-culture model,course system and teaching staff,problems and countermeasures have carried on the research and exploration.
