摘要 毕业论文是大学本科教学过程中最重要的教学实践环节之一,是检验本科生综合素质的最有效的手段。以乳酸菌双功能谷胱肽合成酶的异源表达为范例,利用PDCA循环法从论文选题、实验准备、实验研究和论文撰写等方面介绍在上海理工大学食品科学与工程专业本科毕业论文中的探索。学生通过综合运用所学理论知识和实验技能,能够顺利完成毕业论文实验,表达出具有工业应用潜力的乳酸菌双功能谷胱肽合成酶,完成本科毕业论文的教学目标。 It is an irreplaceable role of undergraduate thesis as the important part in the process of undergraduate teaching course.In this work,with the heterologous expression of bifunctional glutathione synthase from lactic acid bacteria as a paradigm,the exploration of undergraduate thesis of Food Science and Engineering at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology was introduced from subject selection,experimental preparation,experimental implementation and thesis writing based on PDCA design.The students were successfully constructed an engineered Escherichia coli strain with industrial application potential by heterologous expression of bifunctional glutathione synthase,which achieve the teaching goal of the undergraduate thesis of Food Science and Engineering.
