摘要
试验建立了同步测定南丰蜜桔果实中9种有机酸含量的高效液相色谱法,并用此方法测定南丰蜜桔在成熟过程中有机酸含量的变化规律。结果表明,南丰蜜桔在成熟过程中有机酸含量呈下降趋势,其以柠檬酸为主,含量可占有机酸比例的85%以上。HPLC分析方法简单、准确、高效,同时揭示了南丰蜜桔果实在成熟期内有机酸种类及含量动态变化规律,明确了南丰蜜桔的最佳采摘时期。
This study aimed to establish and validate a high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)method for the fast simultaneous determination of organic acids in Nanfeng tangerine fruits.The variation of organic acid content in the ripening process of Nanfeng tangerine was determined by this method.The results showed that the organic acid content of Nanfeng tangerine decreased during the ripening process,and citric acid accounted for more than 85%of the organic acid.The HPLC analysis method was simple,accurate and efficient.At the same time,it revealed the dynamic changes of organic acid species and content during the maturity period of Nanfeng tangerine fruit,and it clarified the best picking period of Nanfeng tangerine.
