摘要
为预测落地红枣在挑抛捡拾过程中机械碰撞情况下的损伤响应,对红枣挑抛捡拾过程的运动学特性进行分析,确定红枣的抛落高度是影响红枣机械损伤的主要因素;通过ANSYS软件建立红枣与挑果杆碰撞有限元模型,仿真分析了不同抛落高度下红枣与挑果杆的碰撞过程。结果表明:红枣与挑果杆碰撞区域中心处应力值最大,红枣内部Von Mises等效应力值和挑果杆碰撞产生的最大接触力随抛落高度的增加而逐渐增大;红枣与挑果杆碰撞,红枣与挑果杆的接触力达到临界破裂力的临界抛落高度为360 mm,结果可为红枣捡拾装置挑果机构的优化设计提供参考。
In order to predict the damage response of landing jujubes in the process of picking-up,the kinematics of pickingup and throwing jujubesis are analyzed.The falling height of the main factor affects mechanical damage of jujubes.The finite element model of jujube is established based on ANSYS software,and the process of jujube impacting picking mechanism is simulated with different drop heights.The simulation results show that the stress value at the center of the impacting area between jujube and picking mechanism is the largest.The Von Misesof jujubes and the maximum contact force caused by collision between force value and picking mechanism gradually increase with the increase of dropping height;The critical throwing height of the contact between jujube and picking mechanism reaching the critical rupture force is 360 mm.It can provide a reference for the optimal design of the picking mechanism of jujube picking device.
