摘要
大米中矿质元素种类多(38项),为了在保证产地判别率的基础上提高计算机的运算速度,通过方差分析、主成分分析与Fisher判别分析实现了对矿质元素种类的降维。为了能够更方便快捷地实现质量追溯与产地判别,采用B/S (Browser/Server)的3层体系结构、Apache服务器、Mysql数据库和PHP语言设计开发了大米质量追溯与产地判别系统。系统可通过8种矿质元素实现大米产地来源的判别,判别率达到94.5%,有利于企业实现在种植、仓储、加工、运输、销售等环节中对大米质量的跟踪和安全的控制,为消费者提供了一个具有高安全性、真实性、有效性的大米质量安全追溯平台。
In order to increase the computing performance and ensure an accurate origin recognition rate with a large number of 38 mineral elements that make up of rice,the dimensionality reduction of the mineral elements was achieved through variance analysis,principal component analysis(PCA)and Fisher discriminant analysis.Also,a rice quality traceability and origin recognition system using B/S(Browser/Server)3-tier architecture,Apache server,Mysql database and PHP language was developed to facility a convenient and efficient quality traceability and identification.It was shown that the system could achieve a good identification rate of 94.5%for rice origin recognition through 8 different kinds of mineral elements.Therefore,the method presented in the study could be used as strategies for the enterprises to realize the tracing and safety control of rice quality in planting,warehousing,processing,transportation,sales,etc.,and at the same time,provides a rice quality safety traceability platform with high security,authenticity and effectiveness for consumers.
