摘要
针对工业化大枣去核无法满足消费群体对大枣去核多样化需求,传统手工去核卫生条件差,设计了一种家用全自动大枣去核机。分析工业化大枣去核和手工大枣去核的研究现状,提出该家用全自动大枣去核机的设计要求,依据大枣去核的工艺流程,设计出该自动去核机的总体结构。重点分析上料定位扶正机构和去核机构,上料定位扶正机构采用曲柄移动导杆机构和螺旋麻花机构,去核机构采用曲柄移动导杆机构和弹性去核顶针结构。样机试验表明,该自动去核机上料定位扶正率为98%,去核率达95%,平均成品率为91%,运行稳定可靠。
Because the pitting machine for jujube was used in industrial production,but did not meet the needs of diversification,and pitting by hand could not be hygienical.A new type of household and automatic pitting machine for jujube was designed.The research status of the jujube to remove kernel in the field of industry and household was analyzed,and the design requirements were made.Based on the technological process,the system of basic machine was designed.The critical component of positioning device and removing kernel device were analyzed,the crank movement guide mechanism and helix twist mechanism were adopted in the positioning mechanism,and the crank movement guide mechanism and Elastic rod structure were adopted in the pitting mechanism.The results indicated that the automatic squaring and positioning rate was98%,the pit removal rate was 95%,the average rate of production yield was 91%,and the machine operated steadily.
