社会责任角度下的食品安全管理浅谈——基于博弈论

Study on Food Safety Management from the Perspective of Social Responsibility——Based on Game Theory

食品安全问题事关消费者健康,事关食品生产企业的生存发展,更事关国民经济健康发展。近年来,单纯的商业逐利行为使得部分食品生产企业社会责任日益缺失,食品安全问题日益严峻。因此,系统分析食品生产企业应负的社会责任,运用博弈论分析食品生产企业与消费者、食品生产企业与监管者之间的相互作用关系,基于博弈分析结果提出相应的治理对策。

Food safety concerns the health of consumers,the survival and development of food enterprises,and the healthy development of the national economy.In recent years,the simple profit-seeking behavior made some enterprises lack of social responsibility,and food safety problems become increasingly serious,thus the food safety management had become an important issue.The social responsibility of food enterprises was systematically analyzed;The interaction between food enterprises and consumers,food enterprises and regulators by using game theory was analyzed.The corresponding countermeasures based on the game analysis results were put forward.
