摘要 "食品毒理学"是我校食品质量与安全专业的一门必修课。翻转课堂是一种新型的教学理念。将翻转课堂教学理念引入食品毒理学课程的教学中,结合本专业教学实际,构建了一种新的教学模式,并进行了两年的实践应用,以期对翻转课堂教学模式在高等教育中的应用提供参考。对教学实践情况的分析表明,该教学模式可提高学生对"食品毒理学"课程的兴趣,可以提升学生的自学、语言表达、分析解决问题等多方面的能力,还对该教学模式实施过程产生的一些问题进行了探讨。 'Food Toxicology'is a compulsory course of the food quality and safety major in our university.Flipped classroom is a new teaching conception.A new teaching model for food toxicology based on the flipped classroom conception was established according to the characteristics of the major and students.The new teaching model was practiced for two years,with an attempt to improve the utilization of flipped classroom in Chinese higher education.The practice effects of this flipped classroom teaching model were analyzed.The results show that this teaching model can improve the students’interest in the course of'Food Toxicology'and improve the students’abilities in many aspects,such as self-learning,communication,problem analyzing and so on.The problems occurred during the practice process of this flipped classroom teaching model are also discussed and explored.
